Also, a clear mention somewhere on the site about there being a mac plugin/app would have also been helpful. I honestly woulnd’t have found this app if it hadn’t been for chrome not being installed on my macbook. For the past year, I had been using my cellphone to chat with vendors because i thought that that fucntion was broken and was waiting patiently for it to be fixed.
Seriously, get rid of this app and find a way to implement the chat within the browser. I don’t want a seperate taobao app let alone a messenger app just so i can talk to vendors on Taobao. In this day and age, that is just ridiculous. Stop being lazy and fix the problem.
